| Conditions for advertising on advisors4free.com 1. Webshop+ is fully in right to reject or remove an advertisement or banner at all times without giving any explanation. If the amount is paid, the rest of the sum will be repaid within 30 days on the banking account of the advertiser. 2. The banner will be placed after receiving the indebted amount. 3. Advertisers are obliged to pay the amount within seven days after receiving the invoice. After these seven days advertisers receive a reminder. In case these seven days their has been no payment, the reminder costs are 10 percent of the total order amount with a minimum of $ 12,50 Ex. VAT. After another seven days an exhortation will be send. The total indebted amount will be raised with $ 25,- Ex. VAT. If there hasn’t been a payment seven days later, advisorsforfree will be forced to give the progress away. All judicial and non-judicial costs will be for the advertiser. 4. If the advertiser doesn’t agree with the invoice he has to make this clear in this contact form within 48 hours. 5. After receiving the payment an e-mail with VAT invoice (19 %) will be sent to the advertiser. 6. To be consistent in website design and lay-out advisors4free gives two options in banner formats: horizontal 468x60 or vertical 160x600. Also the banner isn’t allowed to weight over 25KB. If you have a banner with a deviant format or you don’t have a banner at all you can contact us. 7. At the moment you send the form you are obliged to decrease your order. The selected period and the selected categories are definitive. 8. If you want to make a special or bigger order (minimum order amount $ 250,-) contact us for our special prizes. 9. Banners will be shown in a rotation-system. Maximal three banners are active at the same time and the rotation will take five seconds per banner. If three advertisers are in, your banner will get the first possible option. If the waiting line is over three months you will be told. 10. Advisors4free is free to change any of these conditions without notice. |
