Explanation: In a renovation project of an office where the office space will be made available in phases, at what stage good for construction drawings are made? It's a running office so only a part area is available to the contractor for renovation in each phase. Though the architect has shared all the technical drawings before the start of the renovation, he is saying that good for construction drawings can be made only when the area is available in phases so that he can dismantle and see the actual condition. Is it correct. Please advise.
