Explanation: I'm married with an American Citizen and we need to process my legal resident status, but i lost my I-95 which one expired 14 years ago. I need to send the form and the fee to get a new one, but I'm afraid to do it because I didn't go back to my country at the time I suppose to do it. Do you think I can be in legal trouble?
Answer: Please consult an immigration attorney for the specifics of your situation. Although the loss of an I-95 in itself does not spell out legal trouble, you overstaying your visa does. An immigration attorney will be able to determine the necessary steps to address your concerns. good luck
