      <title>How can I speed up my metabolism?</title>
      <description><![CDATA[ I was anorexic about 5-6 years ago.  After about a year, I returned to a healthy weight and was satisfied with it. Six months ago I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS Disease), and was told I could no longer run or do any other sort of cardiovascular activity.
